This was my first time at Kuubs. I had the pleasure of breaking my fast and eating iftar. I ordered the Yee-ro bowl and it was delicious. The price was affordable. The ambience and atmosphere of the spot is really nice. It's a good vibe. They also had a collaboration with a new sweets and coffee/ tea brand, Mi'aawaa Bakery. I had a matcha from that pop-up which added to the experience as well. The food came out relatively quickly and the food was brought to me. I would highly recommend this restaurant. If you like Mediterranean food then this is the spot for you. It's in Eden Prairie and so for me it's not too long of a drive. Did I mention the owner is friendly and very inviting. Come through by yourself or bring your friends and or family.

Stopped in for lunch yesterday and tried their Volcano Bowl. The spicy chicken was laid on top of a light bed of rice and Greek salad, served with hummus, tomatoes, raw onion, pickles, red cabbage, cucumber sauce, and warm pita bread. The chicken was tender, juicy, and full of flavor! All of the other ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. I'm looking forward to trying more from this menu! Such good prices for such a large amount of delicious food!

Had a great lunch. Gyro was awesome exactly what i needed. The cucumber sauce is the best ive had at any gyro place. If you read this and you're on the fence do yourself a favor and go.

If you’re in the mood for a quick, flavorful and delicious food look no further than this lovely place! It’s clean, service is excellent and the food is outstanding. The hummus is fresh, and the skewers of chicken and lamb are grilled to perfection! A must for all Mediterranean food lovers!

As someone who grew up eating Mediterranean food, I can say this place hits the mark! The beef kebabs were grilled to perfection, and the tabbouleh tasted amazing!. You can tell they care about quality and tradition. Cozy atmosphere, kind staff, and real food made with love. Highly recommend!

The food is excellent. We both had the kabob dinner; fresh and delicious. The concept is similar to what you will find at other fast-casual restaurants. We will definitely eat here again.

The food was delicious. I wish there had been a little more feta in my salad but over all I really enjoyed everything on my plate. I ate a build your own bowl. The music was loud so I took one star from the atmosphere but a really great meal!

The best falafel gyro! The flavors and seasoning are perfect. Love that they have posted vegetarian options too. The baklavas are also worth snagging, ate them before we could take photos. When you dine in they bring the food to your table. Will be back!
